- You have managed $30K+ per month in Google Ads spend on DTC or ecommerce offers, US market experience preferred
- You use AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini — as part of how you work daily, not occasionally
- You have hands-on experience with RedTrack or a similar third-party tracker (postbacks, sub-parameters, offer-level tracking)
- You think in outcomes and managed budget, not years on a CV
- You understand that AI assistants are flexible hours — results over schedules
- A supportive team that genuinely wants you there
- Ton of analytical data to work with from day one
