Global Head of Partnerships Ferreras oversees all partnerships for Netflix, an increasingly important role as the streamer expands its reach through relationships with telecommunications, pay-TV and media companies around the world. Recent initiatives include Netflix’s landmark agreement with France’s TF1, which beginning in 2026 brings TF1’s live channels and on-demand programming directly to Netflix members in France, and an expanded Canal+ distribution partnership covering 24 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. Ferreras was named global head of partnerships in February 2021 after nearly four years as VP of business development for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She joined Netflix in 2017. Prior to joining Netflix, Ferreras spent 10 years at Google, most recently as director of partnerships for YouTube in Southern Europe and emerging markets. She previously held leadership and senior management roles at Lycos, Orange and Telecom Italia. In 2022, Bloomberg Línea named Ferreras one of the year’s 100 most influential Latinos worldwide. Chief Marketing Officer Lee oversees Netflix’s global marketing organization, spanning series, films, games, social media, consumer products, live experiences and partnerships. She has helped turn Netflix hits into cultural franchises, with KPop Demon Hunters becoming an example of the company’s effort to extend fandom beyond the screen. Netflix has expanded the property through partnerships with Mattel and Hasbro, merchandise, games and other consumer products. At Licensing Expo 2026, Lee delivered the opening keynote on the “Netflix Effect,” outlining how the company uses storytelling, marketing and licensing to build fandom. She has also overseen marketing around major Netflix franchises and events including “Stranger Things,” “Wednesday” and “Squid Game.” Lee was named chief marketing officer in March 2022 after joining Netflix the previous year as VP of marketing for the United States and Canada. Previously, she spent nearly eight years at Spotify in senior marketing and music roles, and earlier worked at Condé Nast and J. Crew. SVP, Global Sales and Marketing, Giant Worldwide/Matchpoint Hassouni joined Cineverse’s Matchpoint earlier this year when it acquired Giant Worldwide, which provides digital services to media and entertainment companies. Over more than 20 years, she has helped guide Giant from a boutique digital facility into an international operation with offices in Los Angeles, New York and Warsaw. Her work has helped broaden the company’s services beyond digital delivery and disc authoring to include master quality control and localization. Hassouni oversees revenue and marketing strategy, manages key client relationships, and works with the executive team on growth initiatives. She has also been a strong advocate for women in entertainment and technology, serving for five years as co-chair of DEG’s Canon Club. In that role, she supports mentorship, education and networking programs, and serves on the voting committee for the Hedy Lamarr Awards. VP and Head of Series Marketing Barlow leads marketing for Prime Video’s U.S. and global original series, shaping campaigns for the streamer’s growing slate of programming and franchises. She was appointed to the newly created role in August after spending six years at HBO Max, where she most recently served as EVP of originals marketing and oversaw campaigns for “The Pitt,” “House of the Dragon,” “Hacks” and the upcoming “Harry Potter” series. Her move to Amazon triggered a high-profile lawsuit from Warner Bros. Discovery, which alleges Amazon knowingly induced Barlow to leave more than 16 months before her WBD contract was set to expire in October 2027. Amazon has disputed the claims. Previously, Barlow held senior marketing positions at Netflix and 20th Century Fox on Deadpool 2, Bohemian Rhapsody, The Greatest Showman and Love, Simon. She began her entertainment career in 2003 at HBO, where her early campaigns included “Girls,” “Boardwalk Empire,” “Silicon Valley” and “The Newsroom.” SVP, Global Client Experience Batty leads global commercial strategy and client partnerships at Deluxe, a media-services company that helps studios, streamers and content creators prepare, localize, master and distribute movies and television programming worldwide. Batty works with major entertainment clients as they adopt new technologies and rethink how content moves from production to audiences around the world. Her current focus includes responsible use of artificial intelligence, next-generation localization and media-production workflows, and expanded accessibility services designed to reach more viewers. She also helps translate Srinivasan leads the technology strategy behind Amagi, which has grown into a major provider of cloud-based infrastructure for broadcast, streaming and FAST television. Its technology helps media companies launch, manage, distribute and monetize live, linear and on-demand programming, and now powers more than 9,000 channel deliveries, 500,000 hours of content and 26 billion ad impressions across more than 300 distributors worldwide. In January, Amagi became a publicly traded company, listing on India’s BSE and NSE exchanges. Srinivasan is also helping drive Amagi’s expansion into artificial intelligence, including new AI agents designed to automate such tasks as metadata enrichment, artwork generation, ad-break placement, captioning and localization. Amagi says its customers include 45% of the world’s top 50 media and entertainment companies. Kroll joined Amazon in 2022, initially as a consultant to lead marketing for “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power,” which became Prime Video’s biggest series premiere at the time. She subsequently took charge of global marketing for both film and series and has continued building out the operation, most recently adding former HBO Max and Netflix executive Pia Barlow as VP of series marketing. Previously, Kroll headed Kroll & Co. Entertainment, and served as president of worldwide marketing and distribution at Warner Bros.
