Regional leaders, physical learning spaces, and merchant relationships will shape the partnership’s emerging-market strategy

[Philadelphia, 29 October 2026 ] — DE and SHIG have outlined a development plan that extends beyond online equity-market participation. The proposed model will combine digital financial learning and market research with regional leadership programs, in-person education, and relationships with local businesses.

The plan reflects a practical challenge facing internationally distributed communities: online access can connect people quickly, but it does not automatically create local knowledge, trusted leadership, or durable economic relationships. DE intends to address that gap by building regional structures that can adapt educational and commercial activities to the needs of individual markets.

Within the partnership, DE will lead research, training, member communication, and the development of regional coordinators. SHIG will provide relevant support for trading systems and account services. This division allows the digital side of the initiative to focus on market information and operational access, while local teams concentrate on learning, coordination, and community-level engagement.

The emerging-market strategy is expected to place particular emphasis on Africa, where business relationships can connect the network to offline economic activity.

The parties do not describe this process as a substitute for independent judgment or risk control. Participation in any market activity will remain voluntary, and individuals will need to consider their own circumstances and tolerance for loss. Regional expansion will also require transparent information, stable services, appropriate account protections, and compliance with applicable requirements.

DE and SHIG say the success of the strategy should be evaluated through observable local results rather than membership numbers alone. Relevant measures may include the consistency of educational programs, the capability of regional leaders, the durability of merchant relationships, the reliability of operating support, and the ability to maintain clear communication across markets.

The broader objective is to connect two environments that often develop separately. One is a digital network for research, education, and access to global equities. The other is a local network of people, learning locations, and commercial relationships. By linking them, DE and SHIG hope to create a structure that is internationally connected but locally grounded.

The plan will develop in stages, and its results will depend on execution. New learning centers, regional partnerships, and merchant programs should be assessed as they are implemented rather than treated as completed achievements. For DE and SHIG, the next phase of cooperation will be defined by whether online participation can translate into lasting skills, responsible local leadership, and tangible community relationships.
